We provide comprehensive legal services in all areas of corporate law for large domestic and international corporates, as well as financial institutions. Our expertise spans general corporate maintenance (statics) and the execution of mergers and acquisitions (dynamics).
We take pride in our team's participation in the largest corporate law transaction involving Hungarian banks in recent decades during 2019-20. Notably, we have successfully executed substantial transactions not only in the financial sector, but also in industries such as hospitality, energy, construction, IT, telecommunications and broadcasting, encompassingboth domestic and cross-border deals.
Our outstanding experience extends to representing venture capitalists in structuring and executing investments into start-up ventures. Since 2018, we have actively participated in over 100 transactions, primarily on the investor side.
In recognition of our work, members of our firm have been invited by the Budapest Institute of Banking (BIB), the educational center of the Budapest Stock Exchange, to conduct M&A courses. Additionally, our team has been contributing to the Hungary chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG), a global publication outlining the private equity landscape in 31 countries, upon the ICLG's request since 2019.
