Our capital market legal advisory covers comprehensive legal representation in the authorization and notification procedures before the Hungarian National Bank (MNB) and the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT). We offer broad support to participants in capital markets, assisting in the preparation of business regulations and other organizational documents, handling legal tasks related to the listing of shares on the stock exchange and participating in private and public securities issuances.
Our firm has represented the acquiring side in public takeovers involving publicly traded companies listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT). We have also provided full legal advisory services regarding the listing of shares for one of Hungary's leading banks.
We have represented numerous issuers in bond issuances under the Corporate Growth Bond Program initiated by the MNB, which started on July 1, 2019. These issuances collectively exceed a value of over 100 billion Hungarian forints.
