Moore Hungary adds legal business - Portfolio.hu
HBK Partners Attorneys at Law, one of Hungary's leading internationally listed legal services providers, has joined Moore Hungary, a business advisory and audit firm, and will continue to operate under the name Moore Legal Hungary.
Ranked by leading international rating agencies (Legal500, IFLR), the law firm primarily advises Hungarian and international clients in the areas of banking and finance, corporate law and M&A, real estate and hotel law. Its clients include Hungarian and international financial institutions, large corporations and private investors, as well as public institutions. HBK Partners has previously worked with Moore Hungary on a number of successful projects.

Managing Partner of Moore Legal Hungary Dr. Márton Kovács, who also heads the firm's M&A and capital markets practice group. With almost 15 years of experience, he has been advising clients in the food, banking, energy, telecommunications and hotel sectors on corporate law, M&A and capital markets. He has a particular specialisation in hotel law - mainly representing developers in their long-term operating contracts with international hotel chains - which also fits well into Moore Hungary's competencies and client portfolio.
