Our services
The members of our banking and financial regulation group have all previously held positions in leading domestic and international banks in Hungary, as well as Tier One international law firms. With extensive experience, we specialize in the preparation and negotiation of banking financing documents related to acquisitions and investments, the development of collateral structures and contracts, legal due diligence, issuing legal opinions and conducting registration procedures associated with them.
We are proud that our colleagues have advised all major banks in Hungary on complex domestic and cross-border loan and credit transactions. In addition, members of the firm have gained significant experience in the Hungarian market in negotiating corporate and retail NPL assignments of close to €1 billion, both on the sell-side and the buy-side.
