The highlight of our Hiventures - Portfolio Corporate Capital Financing 2021 conference was a panel discussion between Levente Tompa Sipos, CEO of MFB Group and L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Wolf, Deputy CEO of OTP Bank, where they discussed the importance of equity financing.<\/strong>

Levente Sipos-Tompa, CEO of MFB Group, said that the domestic corporate sector is growing dynamically. Last year alone, the bank signed 1,700 billion forints of new product contracts, and if we look at the group as a whole, the increase is 2,300 billion forints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Wolf, deputy CEO of OTP Bank, said that the market is expected to grow by 151TTp3T in loans this year, and the bank's plans are for a growth rate of 12-15%. He pointed out that in the case of development loans, labour shortages are a growing problem for investments. He specifically mentioned the expected high demand for loans in the agriculture sector, where he said loan demand could reach 700 billion in the next one year.

Levente Sipos-Tompa used two figures to illustrate the importance of equity financing: the bank's equity financing accounted for HUF 700 billion of the HUF 1,700 billion increase in financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wolf L\u00e1szl\u00f3 azt emelte ki egyik v\u00e1lasz\u00e1ban, hogy egyre nagyobb a verseny a t\u0151kebefektet\u0151k k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a j\u00f3 befektet\u00e9sek\u00e9rt. Sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1sok szerint 15 milli\u00e1rd eur\u00f3nyi forr\u00e1s \u00e1ll rendelkez\u00e9sre t\u0151kefinansz\u00edroz\u00e1si megold\u00e1sokra Magyarorsz\u00e1gon, ami szerinte \u00f3ri\u00e1si t\u00e9tel. „Vitatkozn\u00e9k azzal az \u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1ssal, hogy neh\u00e9z ma Magyarorsz\u00e1gon t\u0151k\u00e9t kapni. A befektet\u0151k versenyeznek, ami cs\u00f6kkenti az elv\u00e1rt hozamokat is” – mondta. Az OTP Bank vez\u00e9rigazgat\u00f3-helyettese azt is hozz\u00e1tette, hogy az \u00e1llami alapok jelenl\u00e9te fontos az elv\u00e1rt hozamok normaliz\u00e1l\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„A t\u0151kebefektet\u00e9s \u00e9s a kereskedelmi bankok k\u00f6z\u00f6tti egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s nagyon fontos \u00e9s mindenkinek megvan ebben a folyamatban a szerepe” – jelezte Wolf L\u00e1szl\u00f3.
